Inkabi Nge-Celery

Lokhu kuqhuma kalula-gazinga kuguquguquka kakhulu. Zizwa ukhululekile ukufaka indawo yengulube noma i-tofu (engaqondwanga) yenkomo, futhi usebenzise enye yemifino eluhlaza njengamahlumela weqhwa, i-zucchini, noma i-bok choy kunokuba isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi.

Inkabi Ngeziqondiso Ze-Celery:

1. Sika inyama yenkomo ngaphesheya kokusanhlamvu ibe izingcezu ezincane cishe 1 1/2-intshi ubude. Beka inyama yenkomo endishini bese wengeza i-soy sauce, ukupheka iwayini noma i-sherry, i-sesame, ne-cornstarch. Hlanganisa inyama yenkomo imizuzu engu-15.

2. Hlanganisa umsila omnyama we-soy, irayisi lewayini noma i-sherry, amanzi, noshukela esitsheni esincane. Beka eceleni.

3. Phuza umkthi noma i-skillet phezu kokushisa okuphakathi kuya phezulu kuze kufike ukubhema.

Engeza amafutha we-1 1/2 wezipuni. Lapho amafutha ashisa, engeza ugarlic. Gweba-fry imizuzwana engu-10, bese wengeza inkabi. Vumela ukusesha kancane, bese ushukumisa-gazinga inyama yenkomo kuze kube yilapho ingaseyona pink. Susa bese ukhipha ku-colander noma kumathawula wephepha.

4. Hlanganisa amafutha we-1 1/2 wezipuni ku-ok noma skillet. Lapho amafutha ashisa, engeza isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi kanye nosawoti. Hlanganisa-thola isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi uze uqale ukukhanya okukhanyayo (cishe iminithi elingu-1).

5. Faka i-sauce bese uletha ngamathumba. Engeza inkomo yenkomo emuva epanini. Gweba-fry amaminithi angu-1 ukuya kwangu-2 ukuhlanganisa ama-flavour. Khonza ushisayo.
