Indlela Yokwenza
Hlangisa i-oven ukuya ku-350 F. Gcoba i-pan-9-x 5- x 3-inch isinkwa noma amathani amakhulu.
Esikhathini esitsheni esiphakathi, gcoba ndawonye ufulawa, usawoti , isinamoni , kanye ne- nutmeg kuze kuhlangane. Beka eceleni.
Endishini enkulu, shaya amaqanda, ushukela, amafutha omifino, ukhilimu omuncu , kanye. Faka ibhanana . Ukusebenzisa isipuni sezinkuni, gxuma ku-mix ingxube, uxube kuphela kuze kuhlanganiswe. (Amacembe amancane azobhaka.) Faka ifanki ku- zucchini futhi.
Thela epanini elihle elihlelekile noma amaminithi e-muffin.
Hlanganisa imizuzu engaba ngu-45 kuya ku-1 ihora ngesinkwa nemaminithi angaba ngu-25 kuya kwangu-30 emayinini, kuze kube yilapho izivivinyo zesikhungo zenziwa nge-toothpick. Vumela ukuphumula epanini amaminithi angu-5, bese uvula i-rack ukuze uphole.
