- 1 i-pounds / 500 gms paneer (bheka ngezansi ukuthola iresiphi ukwenza i-paneer yakho siqu)
- Ama-2 ama-middle-size masches of isipinashi (fresh, cishe 1 lb. noma 500 gm.)
- 1/2 bunch amaqabunga amasha e-fenugreek (cishe 1/4 lb./125 gms)
- 4 tbsp. amafutha yemifino (noma amafutha ka-canola / i-sunflower)
- 1 anyanisi omkhulu (oqoshiwe)
- 1 utamatisi amakhulu (aqoshiwe)
- 2 amathisipuni garlic unamathisele
- 1 isipuni se-ginger unamathisele
- 2 amathisipuni coriander powder
- 1 ithisipuni i-cumin powder
- 1/2 isipuni
- i-turmeric powder
- 1 ithisipuni
- i-garam masala powder
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- Hlobisa: 1 tbsp. ibhotela
Indlela Yokwenza
- Sika i- paneer ibe ngamakherubi angu- 1. Hlaza ama-tbsps ama-2 e-pan enesisindo esinezinsimbi ezinzima futhi ugxume-gazinga i-paneer kuze kube yigolide.
- Engeza ama-tbsps angu-2 we-oyela epanini elifanayo bese ufaka u-anyanisi kuwo kuze kube lula.
- Engeza i-ginger ne- pastes e-garlic futhi gazinga ngomzuzu.
- Engeza isipinashi, amaqabunga e-fenugreek, utamatisi, i-coriander, i-cumin, i-turmeric ne- garam masala powders futhi uhlanganise kahle. Engeza usawoti ukunambitha uphinde uhlanganise kahle.
- Pheka kuze isipinashi kanye namaqabunga e-fenugreek athambile futhi afane ne-pulp. Misa kahle kunamathele. Uma ukhetha, ungaphinda uhlanganise lokhu okunamathiselwe ku-processor yokudla ukuze uthole ukuvumelana okulula.
- Engeza ama-cubes angaphansi kokuthosiwe ngaphambilini kule gravy bese uxuba ukuze ugqoke izingcezu.
- Gcoba nge-bhotela bese ushashisa nge-Chapatis (ama-Indian breadbread), i-parathas (i-pan-fried Indianbrebread ) noma i- Makki Ki Roti (isinkwa esisikiwe) .
