- 2 wezipuni amafutha yemifino
- 1 anyanisi omnandi omnandi (oqoshiwe)
- 2 ama-clove amakhulu (i-finely minced)
- 1/4 indebe cider uviniga
- 1 inkomishi ukukhanya ushukela brown (iphakethe)

- 5 izinkomishi papayas (ehlutshiwe, seeded, futhi oqoshiwe *)

Indlela Yokwenza
- Ukushisa amafutha epanini elikhulu elinomthwalo osindayo ngokushisa okuphakathi kuya kuya ephakathi. Engeza u- anyanisi uphinde uhambise imizuzu engu-2. Engeza i- garlic bese ushaya iminithi eyengeziwe engu-1, uvuselela kaningi.
- Engeza uviniga wase-cider, ishukela ensundu, i-lime juice, i- ginger , isinamoni , i- nutmeg , i- allspice , usawoti kanye nesinaphi esomile . Faka kuze kuhlangane kahle.
- Engeza ama-papayas nezithelo zomisiwe . Nciphisa ukushisa phansi futhi udilize imizuzu engu-5, uvuselele ngezikhathi ezithile.
- Ngemuva kwemizuzu engu-5, susa emlilweni bese uvumela ukushisa ekamelweni lokushisa.
- Hamba amahora amabili esiqandisini ngaphambi kokukhonza. Isifriji noma yikuphi okusele esitsheni esikubozekile.
