- Inkukhu eyi-1 kg (isifuba noma ithanga) elingenasici futhi uthathe "ama-2"
- I-gravy: 2 anyanisi aphakathi nendawo aqoshiwe
- 6 ama-clove aqoshiwe kahle
- 5 i-pods cardamom
- 1 ithini (400 gms approx) utamatisi oqoshiwe noma utamatisi omisiwe osayizi ophakathi nendawo oqoshiwe
- 2 tbsps
- i-garam masala
- 2 tsps ushukela ocolekile oshubile
- 1 ikomishi elilodwa ukhilimu
- 3 tbsps ama-alimondi agqunywe futhi ahlaselwe emanzini
- 3 tbsps amafutha ommbila / i-canola / i-sunflower yokupheka

Indlela Yokwenza
- Gweba i-coriander eqoshiwe (gcina eceleni eceleni kokugcoba) nazo zonke ezinye izithako ze-marinade (ngaphandle kwe-yogurt) ekunamatheni okubushelelezi ku- processor yokudla .
