- 1/4 indebe igcobe i-lemongrass fresh, noma i-lemongrass elungiselelwe efriziwe (etholakala ezitolo zokudla zase-Asia / zase-Chinese)

- 1 isithupha-usayizi piece piece galangal NOMA i-ginger, lisikiwe kancane
- 1/2 tsp. i-turmeric
- 2 + 1/2 i-Tbsp. umhlabathi coriander
- 2 tsp. i-cumin
- 3 Tbsp. i-soy sauce emnyama (etholakala ezitolo zokudla zase-Asia)
- 4 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 6 Tbsp. ushukela omnyama
