- 3 tbsps amafutha ommbila / i-canola / i-sunflower yokupheka
- 2 anyanisi aqoshiwe aqoshiwe
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp
- i-turmeric powder
- I-1/2 tsp i-red powder
- I-pinch of asafetida
- 3 tbsp ghee encibilikile
- 1 tsp Paanch Phoran (bona iresiphi ngezansi)
- 2 utamatisi omkhulu oqoshiwe
- 5 tbsps yogurt whisked kuze bushelelezi
- I-coriander entsha eqoshwe ukuhlobisa

- Hlanganisa wonke ama-daals - i- Toor Daal , i- Chana Daal , iSaabut Moong Daal , i- Split Urad Daal ne- Saabut Masoor Daal - ndawonye esitsheni bese ugeza kahle.
- Gcoba ama-daals ahlanzwe emanzini ajulile ngokwanele ukuwamboza ngokuphelele, amahora amabili. Gcoba noma yikuphi amanzi asele bese ubeka ama-daals epanini ngamanzi okubilisa. Gcwalisa amanzi anjalo ukuthi izinga liyizinombolo ezimbili zomunwe ngaphezu kwama-daals.
- Faka usawoti ukunambitha uphinde ubilise kuze kuphekwe ama-daals - azobe elula. Engeza amanzi amaningi njengoba kudingeka. Ukuvumelana okuphelile kufanele kufane ne-porridge oatmeal.
- Kwenye i-pan, ukushisa amafutha emlilweni oshisa kuze kube yishisa. Engeza anyanisi kanye gazinga kuze igolide ephuzile umbala. Manje engeza izinongo eziphuziweyo futhi gazinga imizuzu engu-4-5, uvuselele njalo.
- Engeza ama-daal okuphekwe kule ngxube bese uvuselela kahle. Cindezela phansi nge-spoon yakho evuselelayo ukuze uhlanganise ama-daals cishe.
- Kwenye i-pan encane, ukushisa i-ghee ekushiseni okuphakathi. Uma ushisayo, engeza i- Paanch Phoran futhi gazinga kuze kube khona ukuyeka. Manje engeza utamatisi, yogurt kanye gazinga imizuzu 4-5. Susa emlilweni bese wengeza engxenyeni ye- daal ngaphambili. Hlanganisa ukuhlanganisa futhi upheke amaminithi amabili ngaphezulu.
- Susa emlilweni, ufake isidlo sokukhonza, uhlobise nge-coriander eqoshiwe bese ukhonza.
