Ipheka ngokushesha uma ifakwe kusengaphambili ngoba kuyisimo "esinzima". I-Saabut moong iyakuthanda kakhulu uma ihluma futhi iyinhlangano enhle, enempilo kuma saladi.
Hlanganisa i-Saabut moong daal encane ye-yogurt, inkathi ngosawoti kanye nezinye izilonda zamasala (ezitholakalayo ezindaweni eziningi zokudla zaseNdiya) futhi uzoba nesiphuzo esimnandi nesigcwalisayo.

U-Kabuli Chana uthanda kakhulu eNyakatho India. Kumele kube namahora amaningana ngaphambi kokupheka njengoba kubhontshisi "kanzima". Ungasebenzisa futhi i-kabuli chana ekheniwe esitholakala kalula ezinqolobaneni kulezi zinsuku kodwa akukho lutho olutshaya ukunambitheka kabuli chana olusha futhi olubilisiwe nje ngaphambi kokupheka.
