- I-anyanisi e-1 (i-thinly sliced)
- 1 kuya ku-2 utamatisi (omunwe omncane)
- Ikhukhamba elingu-1 (elincetu lisikiwe)
- 1/2 isipuni se-sumac
- 1/2 inkomishi iparsley fresh (oqoshiwe)

Indlela Yokwenza
Yenza i-Marinade
- Esikhathini esikhulu, hlanganisa i-yogurt yogurt, uviniga, ama-clove amabili aqoshiwe, i-pepper, usawoti, i-cardamom, i-allspice, kanye nejusi le-1 lemon kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle.
- Engeza inkukhu, ugqoke kahle nge-marinade. Uma ingxube ibonakala iyomile, engeza amafutha omnqumo, isipuni 1 ngesikhathi, uze uzuze ukuvumelana okulungile. Cover and refrigerate okungenani amahora angu-8, mhlawumbe ubusuku bonke.
Pheka inkukhu
- Esikhathini samanzi esitokisini noma epanini elikhulu, upheke inkukhu phezu komlilo ophakathi kwamaminithi angu-45 noma kuze kube yilapho usuqedile. Qinisekisa ukuthi ungaqedi!
- Uma inkukhu iba eyomile, faka amathisipuni ambalwa amanzi.
- Uma inkukhu isuqedile, ungayifaka, uyibeke, noma uyishiye ezinqabeni ezinkulu. Uma nje kunqunywa kancane, akukho umehluko omkhulu.
Lungisa i-Sauce
- Ngenkathi inkukhu ipheka, lungisa i-sauce.
- Esikhathini esincane, hlanganisa ndawonye u-tahini, ama-clove amabili echotshoziwe, i-1/4 indebe yamamu kalamula, ne-yogurt 2 yogurt, ukuxuba kahle. Beka eceleni.
Hlanganisa iSandwich
- Esikhathini esikhulu, engeza u-anyanisi, utamatisi, namakhukhamba, uphinde ufafaze nge-summac. Engeza i-parsley kanye ne-pickle tile tincetu bese uhlanganise kahle. Beka eceleni.
