Indlela Yokwenza
1) Ihhavini lokushisa ku 200F.
2) Izidakamizwa zenkomo yengulube ngesivulekile nosawoti.
3) Gcoba amafutha nge-skillet ephakathi ( hhayi non stick) phezu komlilo ophakathi. Engeza ingulube bese upheka ohlangothini ngalunye uze ube nsundu, cishe imizuzu emithathu ngakunye. Beka izindondo ezindizeni kuhhavini.
4) Melt ibhotela ku skillet. Engeza ama-shallots, ama-apula, u-sage, ne-rosemary bese ugijima kuze kube yilapho usundu. Engeza i-Calvados kanye nesitokisi senkukhu bese ususa i -pan.
