- I-stalk engu-1
- i-lemongrass (i-minced, noma i-3-4 Tbsp. i-lemongrass eqoshiwe efriziwe; etholakala ezitolo zase-Asia)
- 1-3 ama-chilies aluhlaza (alisikiwe, ama-chilies aluhlaza ase-Thai noma ama-jalapenos asebenza kahle)

- 1-2 tsp. ushukela omuncu (ukunambitha)
Indlela Yokwenza
- Beka zonke izithako ku-processor yokudla, i-blender, noma i-chopper enkulu.
- Hlela kahle ukwakha i-sauce eluhlaza e-Thai curry eluhlaza. I-taste-test the sauce ngosawoti kanye nezinsipho. Uma unomusa kakhulu wokunambitheka kwakho, engeza uketshezi lwekhasi noma ijusi lemon. Uma kungenalo usawoti ngokwanele, engeza inhlanzi enkulu ye-fish noma usawoti. Engeza isiliva ngaphezulu ngokushisa okwengeziwe.

Amathiphu okupheka: Ukwenza lesi sa Sauce ibe yiphunga elimnandi laseThai, ugaye amafutha emifino ekomini noma ephoyinti elisezingeni elijulile bese uphaqa. Engeza i-curry sauce, kanye nezinye izithako (ukhetha amaprotheni - inkukhu, ingulube, inyama yenkomo, tofu, noma imifino). Letha emathunjini okukhanya, bese unciphisa ukushisa ukuze uzwe kahle , uvuselele ngezikhathi ezithile.
