I-Vada itholakala ukuthi i-patty ne-Pav isho ukuthi bun ku-Hindi. Ngakho-ke i-Vada Pav i-patato i-patato e-bun ehlotshiswe nge-okumnandi, eshisayo, e-tangy, e-chutneys enomnandi futhi ekhonza ngamapayipi ashisayo. Ukuze kube lula ungenza kuqala ingxube yamazambane ngosuku ngaphambili (empeleni liyathokozisa kangcono uma kwenziwa kanje njengama flavour 'avuthiwe' ebusuku). Uma usulungele ukudla, gazinga ama-patties bese uthabatha ama-buns bese ukhonza.
Abantu abaningi bangaphambi kokwenza ama-chutneys kuma-batches kanye nesitolo efrijini labo. Ngaleyo ndlela, uma isifiso sishaya, usuke usuwenzile ukukhiqiza i-Vada Pav enhle.
Okuzokwenza
- 8-10 amazambane abilisiwe, ahlutshiwe futhi ahlambuluke
- I-2 tsps i-garlic unamathisele
- 1 i-tsp ginger unamathisele
- 3 amaqanda aluhlaza
- 1/2 i-tsp tumeric powder
- 1/2 tsp imbewu yemasayard
- 6-7 amahlamvu curry
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- 2 izinkomishi bengal gram ufulawa / besan
- Amafutha okupheka / i-canola / i-sunflower ukupheka okujulile (okwanele fryer yakho ejulile)
- 6 I-Pav buns (ama-square buns abukeka njengama-burger buns kodwa amancane, ngakho-ke ungafaka endaweni)
- 1 indebe uTamarind Chutney
- 1 inkomishi i-Mint-Coriander Chutney
- 1/2 indebe Shengdaana Lehsun Chutney (i-peanut garlic chutney)
Indlela Yokwenza
- Esikhathini esikhulu sokuxuba, hlanganisa ufulawa waseBangal ugesi / uhlanganise amanzi anele kanye nosawoti ukunambitha, ukwenza unamathisele obunzima, obushelelezi. Yengeza njalo amanzi kancane ngesikhathi ukuze ungatholi i-batter runny. Misa lapho i-batter ihambisana nokupheka kwesobho. Uma usulungile, gcina eceleni ukuze usebenzise kamuva.
- Hlanganisa i-ginger kanye ne- garlic pastes bese ufaka ama-chillies aluhlaza kubo. Gweba ukunamathisela okubushelelezi ku-processor yokudla.
- Hlanganisa le nhlanganisela ngamazambane ahlambulukile. Isizini ngosawoti.
- Sishisa ama-tbsps angu-2 e-ophayini epanini ngomlilo ophakathi bese wengeza imbewu yesinaphi, amaqabunga ama-curry, kanye ne-turmeric powder. Fry kuze imbewu imise ukuhluma.
- Yengeza lokhu kumazambane bese uxuba kahle.
- Hlukanisa ukuxuba amazambane zibe izingxenye ezincane kakhulu kunebhola le-tennis. Smoothen ngokuhamba phakathi kwezintende zezandla ezinamafutha.
- Sokushisa amafutha ukuze ujabule ngokujulile emlilweni ophakathi.
- Uma amafutha ashisa, gcoba i-potato ibhola ngesikhathi esisodwa kufulawa wegram uhlose ukugqoka kahle bese udosa kakhulu kuze kube segolide. Geza ngamathawula wephepha.
- Thatha i-Pav bun eyodwa, uhlukaniswe ngesigamu (hhayi ngokuphelele - shiya uhlangothi olulodwa ujoyine) bese ubeka i- Tamarind Chutney , iMint-Coriander Chutney kanye noShengdaana Lehsun Chutney (i-peanut garlic chutney) ngamunye. Beka ibhola yamazambane ebhodini bese uphaqa phezulu, ucindezela phansi ngobumnene. Khonza ngenkathi ibhola lezambane lisashisa.
