- Sula ama-chilies bese uhlunga imbewu. Lesi sinyathelo sinokuzikhethela ngokuphelele. Ukukhipha imbewu kuzosusa ukushisa okuvela ku-chilies. Cishe uqede ama-chilies.
- Peel bese uqeda igalikhi.
- Hlanganisa kahle i-lemongrass.
- Hlunga i-turmeric ne-galangal bese uqeda futhi.
- Ukusebenzisa udoti ne-pestle, i-blender noma iprosesa yokudla, ugaye izithako zokuqala eziyisikhombisa ukwakha unamathisela. Uma ingxube iyomile kakhulu futhi ukugaya kunzima, engeza isipuni noma amanzi.
- Sishisa amafutha ekwakheni elincane noma elincane lokudoba. Lapho amafutha eshisa ngokwemvelo, susa unamathisele phezu kokushisa okuphansi kuze kube yiphunga elimnandi.
