Qaphela kabusha: Isikhathi sokulungiselela: Isikhathi sokulungiselela sihlanganisa ihora elilodwa lokuhlanza amakhiwane ku-brandy ne-sauce ngemuva kokupheka.
- Hlanganisa amakhiwane nendawo endaweni ebanzi. Hlanganisa noshukela nge-2 izindebe (16 oz) amanzi bese usuqeda ushukela. Engeza ingxube noshukela emanzini. Engeza amanzi amaningi uma kunesidingo, ukumboza amakhiwane. Ukushisa emkhatsini ophakathi kuya ophakathi-kuze kube yilapho amanzi eqala ukupheka. Nciphisa ukushisa. Vumela ukumisa kuze kube yilapho uketshezi luyancishiselwa isiraphu enamandla, cishe imizuzu engu-20-30. Beka eceleni ukuze uphole.
- Gwema i-zest orange. Esitokisini esincane, faka isinamoni yomhlabathi, i-eest orange, brandy, ne-sherry. Ukushisa phansi futhi kancane kancane ulethe emathunjini. Hlanganisa ukuxuba kahle, bese ususa ekushiseni.
- Khipha amakhiwane ngokucophelela kusuka ebhodweni ngamunye, usebenzisa izinkuni uma kudingeka. Faka endaweni enkulu evulekile yokukhonza noma isitsha, noma indawo kumapuleti okukhonza ngamunye. Gcina isiraphu. Thela i-sauce brandy phezu kwamakhiwane. Ukushayela izinhlamvu ezine-4-6 ze-sirophu phezu kwamakhiwane.
- Vumela amakhiwane ukupholisa (ngaphandle kwesiqandisisi), ukuhlanza echibini losizi okungenani ihora ngaphambi kokukhonza.
- Uma uzokhonza ngama-almonds kanye ne-cream ehlutshiwe, engeza i-dollop ye-cream ehlutshiwe epuletsheni ngalinye ngaphambi nje kokukhonza. Fiphaza ama-almond slivers phezulu.
