- Amaqabunga amabili kaffir lime, esele kwesokunxele, OR esikhundleni 1 extra tsp. i-lime zest
- Izipuni ezimbili ezifriziwe
- i-lemongrass elungiselelwe noma entsha
- i-lemongrass , i-finely minced (etholakala ezitolo zokudla zase-Asia)
- Umusi we-1 lemon
- 2 wezipuni uju
- 1/2 isipuni
- ama-shrimp paste (atholakala embizeni ezitolo zokudla zase-Asia)
- 3 wezipuni inhlanzi sauce
- 1/4 ithisipuni turmeric
- Amapuniko amathathu kuya kwangu-4 ubisi obukhulu besikakhukhunathi
- I-Zest ye-1 lime (isipuni esine-1)
- I-coriander / i-cilantro entsha enesandla
Indlela Yokwenza

- Nciphisa ukushisa kuya ephakathi. Engeza 3 kuya ku-4 Tbsp. ubisi lwekakhukhunathi, oluthinta ngobumnene ukufaka. Okokugcina, ufafaza i-lime zest bese uvuselela futhi.
- Susa ukushisa nokunambitheka-ukuhlolwa kwesilinganiso se-flavour esiphundu, emuncu, namanoni. Engeza u-sauce wezinhlanzi ngaphezulu uma kudingeka usawoti owengeziwe, noma ushukela omncane noma uju uma unomuncu kakhulu.
