- Beka zonke izithako 'ze-Green Curry Namathisela' ndawonye ku-processor yokudla, i-blender, i-chopper, noma i-pestle & udoti. Engeza kuze kube yi-1/4 enganini yobisi lwekakhukhunathi, okwanele ukusiza ukuxuba izithako (gcina konke okulandelayo).
- Inqubo (noma i-pound) kahle ukudala ukunambitheka kwe-curry e-Thai eluhlaza . Uma ungenayo iprosesa yokudla noma i-chopper: zama ukusebenzisa i-blender, noma funga kahle zonke izithako ngesandla bese uvuselela ndawonye kahle.
- Ncoma i-wok noma i-pan yokudoba ngokujulile ekushiseni okuphakathi.
- Engeza amafutha wezipuni angu-2-3 futhi ujikeleze nxazonke, bese ufaka i-curry yokunamathisela eluhlaza. Faka isikhashana ukuze ukhulule iphunga (1 iminithi), bese wengeza inkabi.
- Gwema kancane ukumboza inyama ngezinongo (1-2 imizuzu).
- Engeza isitokisi bese ulethe emathumba. Gcoba futhi unciphise ukushisa kuya ephakathi noma ephansi. Kuma 6-10 amaminithi.
- Beka eceleni i-1/4 indebe yesikhumba sikakhukhunathi, ukuyibeka ukuze usebenzise kamuva (ukhilimu obukhulu kakhulu). Engeza wonke ubisi lwekakhukhunathi ku-curry, kanye nesitshalo seqanda (uma usebenzisa).
- Hlanganisa konke ndawonye, ukumboza, nokumisa imizuzu engu-7-8, noma kuze kube seqanda isitshalo seqanda sinomthelela okwanele wokubhoboza ngemfoloko.
