- 1 1/2 inkomishi yogurt engenayo i-sweet yogurt, yenziwe kuze kube yilapho ibushelelezi

Indlela Yokwenza
- Sishisa amafutha yemifino epanini elijulile ekushiseni okuphakathi. Uma ushisa, engeza imbewu ye-cumin kuso. Uma beka ukuxuba, engeza anyanisi oqoshiwe futhi gazinga kuze kube lula.
- Manje engeza i-ginger ne-pastes ka-garlic, i-red chili, i-coriander ne-turmeric powders. Faka kahle. Fry imizuzu emibili.
- Engeza i-ginger / asafetida powder eqoshiwe futhi uqoshiwe isilili eluhlaza. Gcoba bese udosa futhi ngomzuzu owodwa.
- Manje engeza i-yogurt, uvuselele kahle bese upheka imizuzu emihlanu.
- Engeza 1 indebe yamanzi ashisayo. Pheka kuze ingxube ibheke ngamathumba. Yidla bese ungeza usawoti njengoba kudingeka.
- Ukushisa okuphansi ukumisa futhi ngokungeza uhlanganise izingcezu zepapa. Faka kahle bese upheka imizuzu engu-3-5.
- Vala ukushisa. Gcoba nge-coriander eqoshiwe bese ukhonza nge-rice elalibilisiwe!
