- Beka i-garlic ne-galangal / i-ginger endaweni yokucubungula kokudla kanye nenqubo, noma i-mince / i-grate enhle. (Susa noma yiziphi izinsimbi ezinezintambo noma "stringy" ezivela galangal / ginger.) Engeza esitsheni.
