- 2 izinkomishi abilisiwe amazambane (ehlutshiwe futhi diced)
- 1 inkomishi ehlanganisiwe (izaqathe, ubhontshisi, i-peas, ummbila omnandi) abilisiwe
- 1 indebe ye-paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp. we-ukhilimu / obunzima / ukhilimu kabili
- 1 tsp. i-cumin powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp.

- 1/4 indebe yezithelo zomisiwe (inhlawulo eqoshiwe)

- 3 izinkomishi zemifino (noma i-canola noma i-sunflower) amafutha okupheka okufisa (noma ngaphezulu uma kudingeka)
- Ngokuba isoso:
- 3 tbsp. imifino (noma i-canola noma amafutha okupheka sunflower)
- 2 anyanisi amakhulu (okwehlukanisiwe)
- 2 utamatisi (okwehlukanisiwe)
- 2 tbsp. i-garlic unamathisele
- 1 tbsp. i-ginger unamathisele
- 2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tbsp. i-cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. i-red chili powder
- 1 tsp. imbewu ye-poppy (kancane eyosiwe futhi ibe ngumhlabathi we-powder)
- 3 tbsp. amantongomane (ama-cashews nama-alimondi, abe ngaphansi kwamanothi)
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- 2 tsp. i-garam masala
Indlela Yokwenza
- Mash amazambane, imifino exubekile, i- paneer ne-cream kanyekanye. Engeza izinongo ze-kofta kule mash futhi uhlanganise kahle. Inhlama ephumayo kufanele iqine. Uma ungangezi ezinye amazambane abilisiwe. Isizini ngosawoti.
- Yenza lokhu inhlama ibe ngamabhola bese ufaka 1/2 tsp ye-nut kanye nokuxuba omisiwe phakathi kwebhola ngalinye. Roll in rounds ephelele.
- Sishisa amafutha agcinwe eceleni ukuze afakwe ama koftas, emlilweni ophakathi. Fry fry lezi zindilinga kuze kube yilapho igolide elimhlophe libala.
- Geza ngamathawula wephepha bese ugcine eceleni.
- Ukuze i-gravy, kuqala ukushisa ama-tbsps ama-3 e-pan ejulile bese uthola u-anyanisi kuze kube yilapho kukhanya okukhanyayo.
- Gaya kube unamathisela kanye utamatisi, u-anyanisi, i-ginger, u-garlic, i-coriander, i-cumin kanye nama-powders abomvu.
- Beka lokhu okunamathiselwe emuva epanini nango gazinga kuze kube yilapho amafutha eqala ukuhlukaniswa nama-masala.
- Engeza imbewu ye-poppy i-powder kanye ne-nut paste futhi gazinga enye imizuzu 2-3.
- Engeza 1 indebe yamanzi afudumele (i-sauce yalesi sidlo isetshenziselwa ukuqina ukuze ungangeze amanzi amaningi) kule masala ukwakha i-sauce / igrafu. Hlanganisa kahle. Isizini ngosawoti.
- Letha i-sauce / i-grabiti ngamathumba bese unciphisa umlilo ukumisa.
- Hlanganisa ngobumnene ama-kofas kule sauce / i-grabbi bese upheka ungakavuliwe imizuzu engu-2-3.
- Vala umlilo bese ufafaza i- garam masala kuwo wonke phezulu kwesitsha. Vala ngokushesha bese uvumela ukuhlala imizuzu emihlanu.
