- 1 anyanisi enkulu (elicutshiwe kancane)
- 1 isipuni garlic unamathisele
- 1 isipuni ginger unamathisele
- 1 ithisipuni coriander powder
- 1 ithisipuni i-cumin powder
- 1/2 isipuni se-turmeric powder
- 1 ithisipuni garam masala powder (bheka isixhumanisi ngezansi ukuthola iresiphi)
- 500 amagremu inkukhu emhlabathini
- 3 utamatisi (oqoshiwe)
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- 6 izikhumba
- 1 indebe ye-cheddar (igayiwe noma i-shredded)
- 1/2 indebe i-Mint-Coriander Chutney
Indlela Yokwenza
1. Ukwenza idiphozi: Hlanganisa i-yogurt no-ukhilimu omuncu ndawonye esitsheni bese uhlangana ndawonye kuze kube yilapho ubushelelezi.
2. Manje engeza amaqabunga e-mint aqoshiwe, ikhukhamba ekhishwe, i-cumin powder, i-red powder, ushukela nosawoti ukunambitha bese uxuba kahle ukuxuba. Faka isikhala esiqandisini kuze kudingeke kamuva.
3. Ukwenza i-Masala Chicken: Geza amafutha epanini elijulile ekushiseni okuphakathi. Uma ushisa, engeza imbewu ye-cumin bese usuka ngomzuzu.

7. Ukuhlanganisa imibuzo: Faka i- tortilla eyodwa epuleti bese usakaza uMint-Coriander Chutney kuso. Kungakanani indaba yokuzikhethela kwakho.
