- 1/4 indebe ijusi likalamula
- 3 Tbsp fish sauce (izitshalo ezithathelanayo 4 Tbsp soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp ushukela onsundu
- 1 - 2 Tbsp honey uju
- 1 tsp imfucumfucu unamathela , noma izitshalo zemifino esikhundleni 1 tsp phansi ubhontshisi sauce * NOMA Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce (Lee Kum Kim brand kuhle)
* Qaphela ukuthi udinga ubumnandi obukhulu kulokhu isaladi ukuze ulinganise ubukhali bepapa nomsimu we-lime. Ukugqoka kumele kuthokoze amnandi ngamathoni okubabayo, omuncu, nosawoti.
* I-sauce yezinhlanzi, i-shrimp paste, i-sauce emabhontjisi emhlabathini kanye nomswakama we-vegetarian-gazinga konke okutholakala ibhodlela / imbiza ezindaweni zokudla zase-Asia.
* I-sauce yebhontshisi ye-Ground iyinanisi enoshukela, emnyama ensundu eyenziwe ngamabhontshisi we-soy.

Izindebe ezingu-1-2 izitshalo zebhontshisi zinezela ngaphezulu. Ukuze uthole amaprotheni engeziwe: engeza inyama noma izimpethu eziphekiwe (ozikhethela).

Ukuxosha isaladi. D.Schmidt Esikhathini esikhulu sesaladi, hlanganisa yonke imifino kanye ne-papaya eluhlaza ne-spice paste. Thela isaladi ukugqoka futhi uphonsa kahle. Phezulu ngamanqamu aqoshiwe / emhlabathini.
Ukunambitha-ukuhlola isaladi yokulinganisa ama-flavour, okusawoti, omuncu namnandi. Uma ungakhetha i-saltier, engeza inhlanzi ye-fish noma i-soy sauce (noma usawoti usawoti). Uma ukhetha kube mnandi, shayela uju kancane kancane. I-chili eningi ingezwa uma ufuna i-spicier. Uma ubumnandi kakhulu noma usawoti kakhulu wokunambitheka kwakho, engeza enye iminyene ye-lime juice.
