Ukuze uthole ikhasi elilodwa lamakhasi ale recipe, bheka yami: I- Savory Sticky Ilayisi ngeNgulube & Amakhomikhali.
Okokuqala, lungiselela izithako zakho. Kule recipe uzodinga :
- 2 izinkomishi zaseRussia enezinyosi (ebizwa nangokuthi "irayisi elimnandi" noma "ilayisi elimnandi")
- 5 udoba njalo ubhekeni (OR 3 ama-cut-cut strips)
- I-1/3 indebe itholakale i-shallots OR onion obomvu
- 1 indebe ye-shiitake, eqoshiwe
- 1 tsp. i-garlic egayiwe (cishe ama-clove angu-3)
- 1 elibomvu isilili, lisikiwe kahle, OR 1/2 tsp. omisiwe uketshezi ochotshoziwe noma u-Cayenne
- 1 + 1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 + 1/2 tsp. umsila omnyama we-soy, noma u-2 ngaphezulu kwe-Tbsp. i-soy sauce ejwayelekile
- 1 Tbsp. i-soy sauce ejwayelekile
- 3 anyanisi entwasahlobo, lisikiwe
- Amaqabunga amabhanana angu-1 (amaqhwa atholakala ezitolo eziningi zase-Asia), noma u-cheesecloth

Ukufaka iRisk Sticky. D.Schmidt Vala izindebe ezimbili ezinomsila omuncu ngamanzimitha amanzi. Shiya ukugoqa okungenani imizuzu engu-30. (Qaphela ukuthi irayisi enamathelayo inomshini okhuni odinga ukuphuma, kungenjalo uzophela ngelayisi kanzima.)

Fry Strips Strips ezimbalwa.
I-Bacry Frying. D.Schmidt Beka amaqabunga ama-5 we-bacon ejwayelekile (noma ama-3 ama-strip-sliced strips) epanini lokudoba noma ok (lapha ngisebenzisa ibhakoni lendawo). Engeza amanzi amancane ukuze uthole i-bacon frying, bese udosa imizuzu engu-5-8, noma kuze kube yilapho ibhekoni iphekwe (chewy esikhundleni sokuphuza). Susa i-bacon bese uyibeka zibe izingcezu ezincane. Thela uhhafu we-bacon fat, ugcine okusele epanini (lokhu kuzosiza ukunambitha ilayisi).

Ukwengeza Amakhowe, I-Garlic, ne-anyanisi. D.Schmidt Buyisa i-bacon epanini. Futhi engeza 1/3 indebe shallots noma u-anyanisi obomvu, 1 indebe ekhishwe amakhowe, 1 tsp. i-garlic, i-1 ephuziwe isilili elibomvu (noma i-1/2 tsp.). Gwema-fry ngaphezu kokushisa okuphakathi naphakathi kwamaminithi angu-2-3, noma kuze kuphekwe amakhowe.

Ukungeza i-Sauce Sauce. D.Schmidt Manje engeza irayisi enamathelayo, plus 1 Tbsp. i-soy sauce, i-1 + 1/2 ye-Tbsp i-sauce inhlanzi, no-1 + 1/2 tsp. i-soy sauce emnyama (noma 2 ngaphezulu kwe-Tbsp. Faka isikhashana ukuhlanganisa. Susa ekushiseni.

Lungisa I-Steamer Yakho.
Ukulungiselela iSteamer. D.Schmidt Lungisa isitoreji se-bamboo, noma sebenzisa i-colander efakwe ngaphakathi ebhodweni (njengoba kuboniswe lapha). Khombisa i-colander noma i-steamer ngamaqabunga ebhanana OR cheesecloth. Uma usebenzisa amaqabunga amaqabunga amaqabunga, vumela ukuhlanza amaminithi angu-30 noma ugeze ngokushesha ngaphansi kwamanzi ashisayo ukuze ubelula.

Ukufaka i-Colander ne-Banana Leaf. D.Schmidt Uma usebenzisa amaqabunga ebhanana, unqume ngamashidi usebenzisa izikhali. Izendlalelo ezimbili zingcono kakhulu.

Steam the Sticky Rice
Ukuphoqa phezu kwezingqimba ze-Banana Leaf ukuze kuqhume. D.Schmidt Uma kukhona amaqabunga angaphezulu phezulu kwe-colander yakho, ngokucophelela uliphonse phezu kwelayisi elinamathele. Qiniseka ukuthi okungenani kukhona amasentimitha angu-1 phansi kwamanzi akho. Manje faka ikhalander nge-lid-tight fit and steam irayisi enamathele ekushiseni okuphakeme kwamaminithi angu-30 kuya ku-35, noma kuze kube yilapho irayisi iphenduka iguquguqukile futhi ithambile futhi inamathela ukunambitha. Hlola amanzi ebhodweni ngezikhathi ezithile, uphakamisa uma kunesidingo.
