- 1 ushukela we-tsp
- 1/2 indebe inkukhu stock
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mix 1 tbsp amanzi njengoba unamathisele)
- 1/2 i-tsp amafutha esisame
Indlela Yokwenza
1. Sika i-tofu ibe yizingcezu ezingu-10 zesikwele. Sika amakhowe ama-shiitake ngamakhowe amahhafu namhlophe abe yizicucu ezintathu. Hlaza isanqante kancane. Sika u-anyanisi oluhlaza zibe izingcezu ezimbili-intshi.
2. Phuza 2 tbsp amafutha ku wok. Fry Tofu kuze kube brown brown.
3. Hlanganisa i-tofu eceleni kwe-ok. Engeza u-anyanisi aluhlaza, amakhowe we-shiitake, no-ginger. Fry kuze kube khona iphunga.
4. Faka u- soy sauce , ushukela, nesitokisi. Ukumboza bese upheka phezu komlilo ophakathi kuze kufike i-tofu ibamba ukunambitheka.
5. Yengeza izaqathe, amakhowe amhlophe bese uphahla ama-peas ku-ok. Gcoba nge-cornstarch unamathele bese uphela amafutha esesame phezulu. Khonza ushisayo.
