- I-clove 10 i-garlic (i-minced)
- 1 elibomvu isilili (i-minced, ukunambitha)
- Ukusafaza isoso noma i-Glaze:
- 2/3 indebe irayisi (noma olunye uviniga: i-white, iwayini elimhlophe, noma i-apula cider)
- 1/3 indebe ephethe ishukela elibomvu
- 4 clove garlic, egayiwe
- 1 isilili elibomvu elisha (i-minced) noma 1/3 kuya ku-1/2 tsp. isomisi ochotshoziwe noma i-cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce
Indlela Yokwenza
- Hlanganisa zonke izithako ze-marinade esitsheni bese uvuselela kahle ukuchitha ushukela.
- Engeza inkukhu, uphendukele izikhathi eziningana ukuqinisekisa ukuthi inkukhu ihlanganiswe futhi ihlambuluke ngokoqobo emanzini. Ukumboza nokubeka endaweni esiqandisini ukuze uhambise amahora angaba ngu-2, noma ubusuku obukhulu kangcono nakakhulu.
- Ukwenza isiphuzo / i-glaze, qhafaza zonke izithako ze-sauce / glaze epanini. Gcoba bese uletha emathunjini (iphunga liyobe likhululekile njengoba uviniga uvutha). Ncishisa ukushisa kancane ukuze uhlale ubilise kahle. Lapho isoso sesinciphile sibe yi-1/3 futhi siqhuma yonke indawo, susa ekushiseni. I-sauce iyodla njengoba ipholile futhi kufanele ithambele i-tangy-ingxube yamnandi, emuncu, usawoti, futhi eneziqholo. Qaphela ukuthi kungcono ukwenza i-sauce ingakalungi ngaphambi kokudla, noma iyoba kakhulu. Uma lokhu kwenzeka, phinda uphinde uhlanganise amanzi amancane.

- Beka izingcezu zezinkukhu epanini ye-grill noma ebhodini lokubhaka elihlanganiswe ne-foil.
- Bhaka ama-375 degrees cishe amaminithi angu-45, noma kuze kube yilapho inkukhu isanda kwenziwa (izingcezu ezinobuningi zingadinga kancane isikhathi eside).
