Izithako ezijwayelekile ukudoba kukhona imfucumfucu, i- squid , i-green bell pepper, isitshalo seqanda, amazambane, amazambane, i- kabocha , isanqante, amakhowe kanye ne-shiso (perilla). Izithako eziningi zokwenza i-tempura zingatholakala kalula esitolo sakho sendawo yokudla.
