Indlela Yokwenza

- Engeza ama-chillies omisiwe aseKashmiri / ama-chillies aluhlaza futhi gazinga kuze kube mnyama. Manje engeza imbewu yesinaphi bese upheka kuze kube sekupheleni.
- Manje engeza i-powder turmeric bese ugoqa kahle. Manje engeza ukhula lwe-dill namazambane oqoshiwe. Faka futhi umboze i-pan. Ncishisa ilangabi uphinde upheke kuze kube yilapho amazambane athambile.
- Engeza usawoti ukunambitha uphinde uhlanganise kahle.
- Khonza ngendlela efanele nge- Chapati eshisayo (i-flatbread yaseNdiya) ne-Daal oyikhonzile (lentils).

- Ungenza futhi i-Aaloo Shapoo Chi Bhaaji ngamazambane abilisiwe. Lokhu kuzosheshisa inqubo yokupheka. Bilisa amazambane aze abe namahloni okupheka ngokugcwele. Ngale ndlela baqedela ukupheka epanini nezinye izithako. Ngihlale ngisishiya izikhumba emva kwamazambane abilisiwe, ukugcina ukudla okunomsoco ngangokunokwenzeka.
