- 35 oz. utamatisi obomvu (oqinile futhi ovuthiwe)
- 2 Tbsp.
- imbewu emasinaphi emnyama
- 1 izinkomishi malt uviniga
- I-1/2 indebe yelinki entsha (eqoshiwe)
- 15 garlic clove
- 1 inkomishi yamafutha lwesinaphi
- 1 Tbsp. i-turmeric powder
- 5 Tbsp. i-cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp. i-red chili powder
- 10 ama-chilies aluhlaza (ahlukanise ngobude futhi imbewu isusiwe)
- 1/2 indebe ushukela
Indlela Yokwenza
- Esikhatsini se-non-metallic, cwilisa imbewu yesinaphi ngobusuku obuvinini be-malt.
- Lungiselela amabhodlela ukugcina uKasundi wakho, ngokuwafaka emanzini abilayo. Dry kahle futhi uhlale ulungele ukusebenzisa kamuva.
- Bilisa amanzi amakhulu emlilweni ophakathi. Ngesikhathi ishisa, usike isikhumba emkhawulweni owodwa wekotamatisi ngayinye ngesiphande sommese okhaliphile, ngesimo somdwebo.
