Indlela Yokwenza
- Hlanganisa isipuni sikasawoti esitsheni samanzi (cishe izinkomishi ezingu-3). Phakamisa amazambane ngemfoloko bese ugoba kulo manzi imizuzu engu-20.
- Sishisa amafutha ngokujulile-okuthosiwe, ngelangabi eliphakathi. Fry zonke amazambane kuze kube nsundu yegolide. Geza ngamathawula wephepha bese ugcine eceleni.
- Hlanganisa i-yoghurt, i-Kashmiri chili, i-ginger, i-cardamom ne-fennel powders. Engeza amazambane kule mix bese ugcine eceleni.
- Ukushisa amafutha omasipha kwelinye i-pan nge-flame ephakathi.
- Engeza i-clove powder ne-asafetida bese uxuba kahle. Engeza indebe yesigamu yamanzi ashisayo nosawoti ukunambitha bese uletha emathumba.
- Yengeza lokhu kuhlanganiswa kwamazambane-yoghurt, gxuma kahle futhi umboze.
- Gcina imiphetho yesembozo se-pan nenhlama ukuqinisekisa ukuthi akukho shaya elingaphumelela. Beka isitofu, upheke epulazini eliphansi imizuzu engu-10-15.
- Vala ilangabi, susa ikhava bese wengeza i-cumin ne- garam masala powders, uphinde umboze ngokushesha. Shiya imizuzu engu-5.
- Khanda ngokushisa nge-Chapatis (isibhamu sase- Indian ) noma i-Naan (isibhamu sase-Indian esiphundu se-Tandoor).
