Ukulungiselela Izithako Ezisha. UDarlene A. Schmidt Ukwenza ama-spring rolls kusukela ekuqaleni , uzodinga iphakheji lama-wrappers amakhulu omisiwe omisiwe (owaziwa nangokuthi "irayisi iphepha"). Ukuze uthole ukugcwaliswa kwakho, khetha imfucumfucu ephekwe, inkukhu, i-turkey noma noma imiphi imililo yakho. Ama-Vegetarians angathatha indawo ye-tofu ebhakiwe noma i- seitan . Uzodinga inhlanzi ye-fish noma i-soy sauce ukuthuthukisa ukunambitheka. Yiba nezitsha ezihlukene zeqabunga le-coriander, basil elimnandi, izintikhu ikhukhamba, izaqathe ezivuthiwe kanye namahlumela ebhontshisi.
