Qaphela: Ama- Kaffir Lime Leaves ayadingeka kule recipe (ayikho indawo engena endaweni). Funa kuzo ezingxenyeni ezintsha noma zamafriji esitolo sakho sasekhaya sase-Asia / saseShayina. Ezinye izitolo ezinkulu ziqala ukuzithengisa ezingxenyeni ezintsha zamakhambi!
Hlanganisa Izithako Zakho
- 4-5 izinkukhu zamabele noma amathanga
- 2 i-pepper bell (obomvu neluhlaza, noma eminye imibala)
- 1/3 anyanisi ophekayo
- ambalwa amaqabunga ase-basil amasha (ukukhonza)
- 2 Tbsp. amafutha (njengawokakhukhunathi noma i-canola) yokugubha
Namathisela
- 3 anyanisi entwasahlobo, lisikiwe
- 1 ushukela omusha obomvu (noma ngaphezulu uma ufuna ukuthi i-ultra spicy)
- 6-8 [kaffir] amaqabunga e-lime
- 4 i-clove garlic (noma i-1/2 Tbsp.
- 1 Tbsp. ilamula noma ijusi likalamula
- 2 Tbsp. i-fish sauce (etholakala amabhodlela amade ezitolo zokudla zase-Asia / zase-Chinese)
- I-1/2 indebe evulekile yamacembe ase-basil
- 2 Tbsp. ukakhukhunathi, i-canola, umnqumo, noma amanye amafutha anempilo, enhle kakhulu
- 2 Tbsp. I-soy sauce
- 1 tsp. i-soy sauce emnyama (etholakala ezitolo zokudla zase-Asia / zase-Chinese)
- 1 tsp. ushukela omnyama

Hlanganisa ama-Lime Leaves ngaphansi kwamanzi ashisayo.
Ukuhlanza ama-Lime Leaves. D.Schmidt Iqabunga le-Thai Lime, elaziwa nangokuthi 'i-kaffir lime leaf', akuyona nje iqabunga elivela esihlahleni seqhwa. I-Kaffir lime empeleni iningi le-shrub. Ama-lime abawakhiqizayo anezikhumba ezincane futhi azidli - amaqabunga kuphela ayadliwa. Ezinye izitolo ezinkulu zesitayela ziqala ukuthengisa amaqabunga ama-lime amasha esigabeni samakhambi. Uma usebenzisa i-pestle & mortar: Sika amaqabunga e-lime abe yimichilo emincane. Shiya izithako zamanzi. Gcoba zonke ezinye izithako kuze kube yilapho ugcotshwa kahle futhi ugcotshwe ndawonye, bese ufaka iziphuzo bese uvuselela ukuhlanganisa.
Enye indlela: Kulungiselela zonke izithako ngesandla bese uvuselela ndawonye.

Faka-Ugwayi i-anyanisi. D.Schmidt Beka i-yok enkulu noma i-pan yokudoba phakathi kwe-medium kuya ekushiseni okuphezulu.
Engeza 2 Tbsp. amafutha bese ujikeleza, bese ufaka u-anyanisi. Hlanganisa umzuzu owodwa, bese wengeza inkukhu. Qhubeka ugqugquzela-ukunambitha eminye imizuzu engu-3-5, noma kuze kuphekwe kahle inkukhu.
I-Tip-Frying Tip: Noma nini lapho i-wok yakho yokudoba / yokudoba iba eyomile, engeza amanzi amancane (1 Tbsp ngesikhathi) esikhundleni samafutha amaningi. Lokhu kuzokulondoloza amakholori namafutha angadingekile.

I-taste-test the stir-fry , wanezela inhlanzi enkulu yezinhlanzi kunokuba usawoti, uma kudingeka. Uma futhi usawoti wokunambitheka kwakho, engeza i-lime noma ijusi lemonti ngaphezulu. Uma ungayithanda i-spicier (eshisa), engeza enye i-1/2 kuya ku-1 isiliva esinqunyiwe. Uma ungathanda ngaphezulu 'i-sauce', engeza ama-Tbsp ambalwa. inkukhu stock, ubisi kakhukhunathi noma ukhilimu.
