- 1/4 indebe yamanzi
- Okuzikhethela: imbewu ye-sesame
- I-Sauce e-Sweet & Sour:
- Amathini amabili / 28 oz./348 ml. iphayinaphuli ekheniwe (iziqu ezipakishwe ijusi)
- 1/2 indebe uviniga (omhlophe, noma iwayini elibomvu iviniga)
- 3/4 indebe ushukela (omhlophe)
- 2 Tbsp.
- fish sauce
- 1/8 kuya ku-1/2 tsp. i-cayenne pepper (ukunambitha)
- 1 Tbsp. ijusi kalamula (noma ijusi likalamula)
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
Indlela Yokwenza
- Thela enye inhlanzi yama-ananas (nge ijusi) ibe yikhombi eliphakathi.
- Gcoba ijusi kusuka kwenye ungangena ebhodweni, ucindezela yonke ijusi esithelweni (ungayisindisa ngokudla noma ezinye izitsha).
- Engeza iviniga, ushukela, i- fish sauce , i-cayenne, i-lemon noma i-lame juice, ne-ketchup.
- Letha emathunjini, bese unciphisa ukushisa kumaphakathi noma uze uthole isimemo esihle esihle. Imizuzu engama-12-15, engafihliwe, noma kuze kube yilapho isiphuzi sinciphisa ingxenye yesithathu. Susa ekushiseni bese ubeka eceleni.
