- 1/2 isipuni / 2.5 mL pepper omnyama
- Okuzikhethela: 1/2 isipuni / 2.5 mL ama-pepper flakes

Hlanganisa inyama yomhlabathi kwanoma yisiphi umswakama owedlulele. Hlanganisa zonke izithako esitsheni esikhulu bese ufaka ama-5-6, 1/2 wamasentimitha ama- patties amakhulu.
