- 1 inkomishi i-Moong Daal (ihlukanisa i-lentil yellow) igeze kahle

- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- 1/2 tbsp i-ginger unamathisele
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp
- Sambar Masala
- 2 tbsps
- ghee
- Amahlamvu angu-7-8 ama-curry
- 1 tsp
- I-Paanch Phoran
- 2 ama-chilies aluhlaza oqoshiwe (okukhethwa kukho)
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- Amaqabunga e-coriander aqoshwe ukuhlobisa (cishe 1/4 indebe)
Indlela Yokwenza
- Hlanganisa i-Daals e-2 ndawonye ndawonye nompheki ocindezelayo bese ungeza amanzi anele ukumboza. Engeza i-asafetida, i-1/2 tsp ye-turmeric nebomvu i-chili powder nosawoti ukunambitha nokumboza. Setha ukupheka ngelangabi eliphakathi. Vumela ukukhishwa kwekhanda / ingcindezi bese unciphisa ilangabi ukuze limile. Pheka uze uzwe amanye ama-whistle / ukucindezela okunye okukhishwayo bese uvala. Hlala ngaphandle ngaphandle kokuvula umpheki wokucindezela.
- Sishisa amafutha okupheka epanini elijulile, elinomthwalo ophansi we-pan on flame medium. Engeza u-anyanisi kanye gazinga kuze kube yilapho uhamba khona.
- Engeza utamatisi, i-ginger kanye ne-garlic pastes kanye gazinga kuze kutholakale utamatisi athambile futhi u-pulpy.
- Engeza zonke izinongo eziyimpuphu - i-coriander, i-cumin, i- Sambar Masala kanye ne-1/2 tsp esele ye-turmeric nebomvu i-chili powders. Hlanganisa kahle futhi gazinga imizuzu engu-5-7.

- Kwesinye i-pan encane, ukushisa i- ghee kuze kube yilapho kushisayo (emlilweni ophakathi). Engeza i- Paanch Phoran , amaqabunga e-curry, ama-chilies aluhlaza kanye gazinga amaminithi angu-2-3 noma kuze kube yilapho ingxube iyeka ukungcolisa. Gcina kaningi.
- Vala umlilo bese wengeza le nhlanganisela ku-Daal. Faka kahle.
- Gcoba ngamaqabunga e-coriander oqoshiwe bese ukhonza ushisayo nge-Chapatis noma irayisi elibilisiwe.
