Okuzokwenza
- 2 wezipuni (30 ml) imbewu cardamom
- Izipuni ezimbili (30 ml) imbewu ka-cumin
- 2 isipuni (30 ml) imbewu coriander
- Izipuni ezimbili (30 ml) ama-peppercorns amnyama
- 1 isitinam stick (cishe amasentimitha amathathu ubude)
- 1 ithisipuni (5 mL) i-clove yonke
- 1 ithisipuni (5 mL) umuthi omisiwe
- 1 ithisipuni (5 mL) turmeric
Indlela Yokwenza
Bhidliza induku yesinamoni zibe yizicucu ezincane. Hlanganisa imbewu ye-cardamom, i-cumin, i-coriander, i-peppercorns kanye ne-cloves ephelele epanini elomile le-skillet ngaphezu kokushisa okukhulu okuphakathi. Ukugcina izinongo zihamba, ukugcoba kuze kube yilapho ungase uzwe iphunga lazo futhi imbewu iqala ukugqamile. Susa ekushiseni bese uthele ku-processor yokudla noma i-spice grinder bese ugaye ube powder omuhle. Engeza uketshezi ne-turmeric.
