- 1 tbsp. ikhasi elimhlophe (noma 1/2 tbsp. pepper omnyama)
- 2 tbsp. usawoti
Indlela Yokwenza
- Hlanganisa zonke izithako ndawonye ngesitsha esincane noma indebe.
- Phonsa phezu kwenkukhu, inhlanzi, izimbambo, noma enye inyama ohlose ukuyobheka. Cindezela noma ugaxe i-powder enyameni. Ithiphu: Ukufudumala okunye: Shayela isipuni noma amafutha emifino amabili phezu kwenyama kuqala, uyiqoqe ngokulinganayo phezu komhlaba. Bese wengezela ibhajethi yebhayisikili, ucindezela noma usihlile enyameni noma esikhunjeni.
