- 1 ukholifulawa osayizi ophakathi nendawo uthathe ama-florets aphakathi
- 1 tbsp usawoti
- 1 i-Kabuli chana / chickpeas
- I-Gravy:
- 3 tbsps amafutha yemifino (noma i-canola noma amafutha we-sunflower)
- 2 anyanisi aphakathi nendawo (oqoshiwe)
- 6 clove
- ugarlikhi (oqoshiwe)
- Ama-pods ayisihlanu ekhadamu elihlaza
- 6 Utamatisi omusha osayizi ophakathi nendawo (oqoshiwe)
- 2 tbsps
- i-garam masala powder
- 2 tsp ushukela ocolekile oshubile
- 1 indebe iqinisiwe / ukhilimu kabili
- 3 tbsps ama-alimondi (i-blanched kanye nomhlabathi wokunamathisela)
- Dash usawoti (noma ukunambitha)
- 1/4 indebe fresh coriander amaqabunga (oqoshiwe, ukuhlobisa)
Indlela Yokwenza
- Emva kokugeza kahle, faka i-cauliflower ibe esitsheni esikhulu, esijulile bese umboza ngamanzi afudumele. Engeza usawoti bese uxuba kahle. Vumela i-florets ukuba igcobe imizuzu engu-15 bese uvula amanzi bese ugcina izintambo eceleni.
- Vula i-can chickpeas ibe ngesihlungo bese ugeza ngaphansi kwamanzi agijima kuze amanzi agijime. Gcina eceleni.
- Ukwenza i-Tikka gravy / sauce: Hlabisa amafutha epanini elijulile emlilweni ophakathi bese uneza anyanisi oqoshiwe. Sauté kuze kube u-anyanisi elula futhi eguquguqukayo.
- Manje engeza ama-pods e-cardamom eluhlaza (bahlukanise kancane kuqala) nogalikhi. Fry imizuzu engu-2-3.
- Faka i- garam masala powder , ishukela ensundu, utamatisi oqoshiwe, ama-alimondi angaphansi komhlaba futhi uvuselele ukuhlanganisa konke ndawonye. Sauté kuze kube yilapho utamatisi ethambile kanye namafomu anamathisela amaningi. Lapho umquba we-masala usuyenziwe ngempela, amafutha azoqala ukuhlukanisa nawo bese enza u-sheen phezulu kwe-masala.
- Manje engeza ama-chickpeas bese uvuselela ukuxuba kahle. Pheka imizuzu engu-10.
- Manje engeza izimbali ze-cauliflower bese ugoqa ngobumnene ukuze ugweme ukuwaphula. Pheka amaminithi angu-2-3 njengoba ufuna ukuwagcina ekhuni.
- Okulandelayo, engeza ukhilimu uhlanganise kahle. Vala ukushisa.
- Gcoba isidlo ngamaqabunga e-coriander oqoshiwe bese ukhonza embhedeni we- plain, ebilisiwe irayisi noma ishisa nge- Naans esishisayo.
