- 1 inkomishi fresh yogurt unsweetened

- Engeza zonke izinongo futhi gazinga iminithi elingu-1 - noma kuze kube yilapho izinongo ziba mnyama ngombala.
- Manje engeza zonke izinongo eziyimpuphu kanye gazinga kuze kufike amafutha ahlukaniswe nama-masala (mix mix). Hlanganisa njalo ukuvimbela ukuvutha. Uma kudingekile, ufafaze amanzi kancane ngezikhathi ezithile ukuvimbela i-masala ekutsheni.
- Engeza utamatisi, usawoti ukunambitha kanye gazinga kuze utamatisi abe pulpy. Hlanganisa njalo ukuvimbela izinongo zivutha. Ungapheki ekushiseni okuphezulu. Kanye utamatisi yi-pulpy, engeza i-yogurt, uvuselele bese ubumba ukushisa. Lesi sidlo kufanele sibe ne-gravy enamandla kakhulu, amanzi ayengezwa ngenkathi epheka. Uma kunjalo, uthola ukuthi uyomile kakhulu, 1/2 inkomishi yamanzi afudumele ingafakwa kuwo.
- Manje, engeza amaqanda abilisiwe, gubungula ngokucophelela ukumboza amaqanda ngokuphelele nge-masala bese umboza epeni bese upheka imizuzu emihlanu.
