- 3 izinkomishi yogurt (fresh fresh, akufanele kube omuncu)
- I-powder ebomvu obomvu ukunambitha
- 1 Tbsp. chaat masala
- 2 tsp. imbewu ka-cumin (egosiwe ngobumnene futhi ibe mhlaba ibe powder omuhle)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ushukela
- Ukuhlobisa: i-cilantro (eqoshiwe, amaqabunga e-coriander)
Indlela Yokwenza
- Gweba ubusuku obunzima emgqonyeni wamanzi ngobusuku bonke. Yigola ibe unamathisela ngakusasa ekuseni. Ungafaki amanzi ngenkathi ugaya.
- Engeza ama-chillies aluhlaza kanye no-ginger kulokhu okunamathiselwe.
- Hlanganisa 1 indebe yeghuthi nge-2 izindebe zamanzi nosawoti ukunambitha. Gcina eceleni.
- Esinye isitsha hlanganisa i-yoghurt esele ne-red powder, i-chaat masala, i-cumin powder, ushukela nosawoti ukunambitha. Hlanganisa kahle. Gcina eceleni.
- Ukushisa amafutha ukuze ujabule ngokujulile eflameni eliphakathi. Gcoba izintende zezandla zakho ngamafutha ufake u-1 tbsp we-lentil mix esandleni sakho. Yenza umumo we-donut (lawa yi-vadas).
- Slayida i-vada ngayinye emafutheni ashisayo futhi gazinga kuze kube segolide elikhanyayo. Hlanganisa bese ufaka ngokushesha engxenyeni yoghurt / amanzi. Vumela ukuthi uhlalise imizuzu engu-2-3.
- Susa emkhatsini weghuthi / amanzi bese ucindezela ngobumnene phakathi kwezintende zezandla zakho. Hlela lawa ma-vadas endizeni ejulile njengoba ubalungisa.
- Uma wonke u-urad uqala ukunamathisela usetshenziselwa phezulu futhi i-vadas yenziwa njengenhla nangesitsha, uthele uxube olunzima lwe-yoghurt phezu kwabo ukumboza ngokuphelele.
