- 3-4 tbsps we-ghee encibilikile (bheka isixhumanisi ngezansi ukuthola iresiphi ukuze wenze ngokwakho!)
- 1 anyanisi omkhulu (elicwengekile)
- I-10-15 cashews (cishe ihlelwe zibe yizicucu)
- 15 omisiwe (noma ama-sultanas)
- Ama-gms angu-500
- isitshalo seqanda (uthathe ama- 2 "amathanga aminyene bese uthatha ama-cubes)
- 1 anyanisi omkhulu (oqoshiwe)
- 2 utamatisi amakhulu (oqoshiwe)
- 1 isipuni se-garlic unamathisele
- 1 isipuni se-ginger unamathisele
- 2 amathisipuni coriander powder
- 1 ithisipuni i-cumin powder
- 1 ithisipuni garam masala
- 1/2 isipuni se-tumeric powder
- 1/2 ithisipuni ebomvu powder
- Dash usawoti (noma ukunambitha)
- Ukuhlobisa: I-coriander entsha (eqoshiwe)
Indlela Yokwenza
- Sishisa i-pan ejulile emkhatsini bese useza i-melted ghee kuyo. Manje engeza izingcezu zamantongomane namazithelo omisiwe kanye gazinga kuze kube khona amantongomane abegolide. Abasuse ku-ghee nge-spoon esetshenziselwe futhi ugcine eceleni kwamathawula wephepha kamuva.
- Fry anyanisi omunwe ngendlela efanayo (in the same ghee njengoba ngenhla), kuze kube golden. Susa kusuka ku-ghee nge-spoon esetshenziselwe futhi ugcine eceleni kwamathawula wephepha kamuva. Amantongomane othosiwe nalawa anyanisi bazokwakha ukuhlobisa kanye ne-coriander entsha eqoshiwe.
- Ku-ghee efanayo, gazinga u-anyanisi oqoshiwe kuze kube yilapho elula futhi eguquguqukayo. Engeza i-ginger kanye ne- garlic pastes futhi gazinga iminithi elingu-1.
- Manje engeza utamatisi oqoshiwe nazo zonke izinongo eziyimpuphu. Fry kuze utamatisi abe yi-pulpy futhi amafutha aqala ukuhlukanisa nama-masala.
- Engeza izingcezu zesitshalo seqanda bese ufaka 1/2 indebe yamanzi phezu kwazo. Gwema ukugqoka kahle masala othosiwe. Ukupheka kuze kube yilapho usuqedile kodwa ungafihli Qhubeka uhlola isitshalo seqanda njengoba upheka futhi ugubungula ngobumnene ukuvimbela izicucu. Engeza usawoti ukunambitha nokugubha. Uma kwenziwa isidlo kufanele ube ne-gravy encane futhi encane. Lungisa (wengeza noma usule) amanzi ngenkathi yokupheka ukuze uthole lokhu kuhambisana.
