- I-400 gms paneer entsha (hang ukukhipha amasondo ngokuphelele)
- Ama-almond amancane ama-10-12 anqunywe emahlathini
- I-8-10 ye-pistachios inqunywe emahlathini
- 4 izinsimbi ze-safari (ngaphezulu noma ngaphansi)
- 1 tbsp ubisi olufudumele (ukuze ufake i-safari)
- 2 tsp ubisi powder
- 1/2 indebe eneshukela oluyimpuphu
- I-1/2 tsp i-pistachio essence
- 1/2 i-tsp ikhadi le-powder
- Isipuni esingu-1 ghee (ukukhanya kancane kwe-mold)
Indlela Yokwenza
- I-soak almond kanye ne-pistachio slivers ne- safoni ebisi elishisayo . Gcina eceleni ukuze usebenzise njengendlela yokwenza. Uma amantongomane engagcini lonke ubisi ngesikhathi usulungele ukuyisebenzisa, susa ngaphambi kokuba usebenzise amantongomane njengokwenzela.
- Hlanganisa i- paneer ne-milk powder epanini bese upheka epulazini eliphakathi eliqhubekela phambili njalo imizuzu engu-3-4.
- Vumela ingxube ukuthi ipholile.
- Yengeza ushukela, uqobo kanye nekhadiamamu powder bese uxuba kuze kutholakale inhlama ebushelelezi.
- Gcoba kancane isikhunta nge ghee.
- Beka ingxube encane (ama-alimondi amaningi, ama-pistachios kanye nemigqa yesafroni) esikhunjini ngasinye.
- Cindezela enye ingxube ye-paneer elungiselelwe phezulu kwe-topping ku-mold kanye nesimo ngasinye.
- Hamba amahora ambalwa, ungahambisani ngokucophelela futhi usebenze.
