- Izaqathe ezimbili eziphakathi kwe-cubes ezincane kanye ne-parboiled
- 1/2 indebe ye-peas eluhlaza, i-parboiled
- 1 inkomishi ikholifulawa florets, parboiled
- I-pepper eliphakathi kwe-bell eliphakathi nendawo eliphakathi, imbewu isusiwe futhi yinqunyiwe ibe yizikwele ezingu-1
- 1 inkomishi i-pineapple cubes
- 3 tbsps enqwabelene / kabili / ukhilimu olunzima

- Geza epanini elijulile emlilweni ophakathi bese ufaka 1 tsp yamafutha okupheka kuwo. Manje engeza ama-cashews kanye gazinga kuze kube mnyama. Susa nge-spoon esetshenziselwe futhi ugcine eceleni kwamathawula wephepha, ukuze usebenzise kamuva.
- Yenza okufanayo kumacube we- paneer futhi ugcine eceleni kwesikhathi.
- Ephasini elifanayo, engeza amafutha okupheka asele kanye nokushisa. Manje engeza unamathisi we-anyanisi kanye gazinga kuze kube yilapho ubontshisiwe kancane.
- Engeza u-garlic kanye nama-pastes we-ginger futhi gazinga iminithi elingu-1. Manje engeza unamathisela utamatisi bese gazinga omunye umzuzu owodwa.
- Yengeza zonke izipulisi ze-spice bese ufisa ama-masala kuze kube yilapho amafutha eqala ukuhlukaniswa nayo. Hlanganisa njalo ukugcina i-masala ibambelele epanini nokushisa.
- Manje engeza 1 indebe yamanzi afudumele kule masala bese uhlanganise kahle. Pheka ngomzuzu owodwa.
- Yengeza yonke imifino, i-ananas, i-paner kanye nama-cashews othosiwe ngaphambili. Hlanganisa ngobumnene kodwa uqiniseke ukuthi ungagcini noma uphule izingcezu zemifino. Ukupheka kuze kube yilapho i-veggies yenziwa kepha ingabi limp (kufanele ibe i- dente !)
