- 2 tbsp. amafutha okupheka yemifino (noma i-canola noma amafutha we-sunflower)
- Garnish: coriander (fresh, oqoshiwe)
Indlela Yokwenza
- Sishisa amafutha okupheka epanini elijulile, emlilweni ophakathi. Uma ushisayo, engeza imbewu ye-cumin no gazinga kuze kube khona ukuhamba kwe-spluttering.
- Engeza i-garlic ne-gazinga kuze kube segolide elipholile. Manje engeza anyanisi kanye gazinga kuze kube lula.
- Yengeza ama-peas nama-mushroom kanye namafutha anophuphu. Engeza usawoti ukunambitha upheke kuze kube sekupheleni amakhowe aqale ukupha ama-juice awo. Hlanganisa ngezikhathi ezithile. Vala umlilo.
- Gcoba nge-coriander eqoshiwe bese ukhonza nge-Chapatis eshisayo (i- flatbread yaseNdiya ) noma i- Parathas (i- pan-fried Indianbrebread ).
