- 6 izingcezu ezifakwe ku-tofu (isiponji esenziwe ngomumo, ngamunye uthathe izingcezu ezine)
- 100 g. ama-beansprouts
- 1 i-lime (i-juiced)
- Ngokuba i-Spice Paste:
- 8 Izimpukane ezomile (ezimanzi amanzi abilayo imizuzu eyishumi)
- 3 shallots
- 4 clove garlic
- 2.5 cm we-ginger fresh
- 2 ama-stalks lemongrass (sebenzisa ingxenye engezansi kuphela)
- 1/2 amathisipuni ama-shrimp unamathele (isobho esomile, noma inhlanzi enhlanzi)
- I-Mix Spice Mix:
- 1 isipuni imbewu coriander
- 1 ithisipuni imbewu cumin
- I-anise yonke ye-anise
- Isinamathoni engu-1
- 1/2 isipuni i-peppercorns emnyama
- Ama-pods amabili e-cardamom (eluhlaza)
Indlela Yokwenza
I-Purée yonke izithako zokunamathisela ku-processor yokudla kuze kube bushelelezi. Engeza amanzi amancane uma ukunamathiswa kusomile kakhulu
Beka i-vermicelli noodle esitsheni bese wengeza 1 litre lamanzi abilayo. Blanch imizuzu emibili, bese ugoqa.
Dlulisa ama-noodle esitsheni samanzi aqanda amanzi aqhwalayo amaminithi amathathu, bese uphinde uphinde ukhiphe eceleni.
Esikhathini sokupaka, isobho esomile i-spice mix ingredients ekushiseni okuphakathi kwamasekhondi angu-30, bese udlulisela ku-grinder yesigcawu kanye negridi kuze kube kuhle.
