- 1 kuya ku-1 1/2 izinkomishi izinhlanzi zeqhwa
- 3-4 izinhloko bok boky (baby)
- 1 inkomishi amakhowe (lisikiwe)
- 1 i-pepper yebell (ebomvu, ilincetu)
- Ukuhlobisa: i-coriander / cilantro entsha
- I-Sauce enomnandi neyomuncu:
- 3/4 indebe yesitshalo (inkukhu)
- 1/4 indebe ye-ketchup
- I-1/4 indebe ushukela onsundu (awugciniwe)
- 1 tbsp. uviniga
- 3 tbsp.
- fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. I-soy sauce
- 1 upelepele (obomvu, umquba, noma u-1-3 tsp. Isilimu sesilimu OR 1/2 kuya ku-1 tsp.
- i-cayenne pepper )
- 1 tbsp.
- ijusi lemon
- Amaqabunga ama-lime ayisithupha (ukusika ngezinsimu zibe yimichilo emincane, ihlumela ilahlekelwe)
- 2 tsp. ummbila (isitashi ihlakazwe ngo-3-4 tbsp. amanzi)
Indlela Yokwenza
- Hamba izimbambo zibe izingxenye ezimbili zamasentimitha nendawo endaweni. Yenza i-marinade futhi uthele phezu kwezimbambo. Toss kahle ukugqoka. Beka esiqandisini ukuze uhambise lapho ulungisa ezinye izithako.
- Ukufudumala i-wok noma i-pan enkulu yokudoba phezu kokushisa okuphakathi. Engeza 1-2 tbsp. amafutha bese ujikeleza, bese ufaka shallot, garlic, kanye no-ginger. Faka isikhashana umzuzu ukuze ukhulule iphunga.
- Engeza izithako ezinomsoco omuncu & omuncu - ngaphandle kwamaqabunga e-lime kanye namanzi angama-cornstarch. Faka futhi ulethe ngamathumba.
- Yengeza ingulube enamanzi kanye namaqabunga amaqabunga e-lime namakhowe. Faka kahle. Nciphisa ukushisa kuya emaphakathi noma ephakathi-phansi (ngakho ingulube iyakhanya kancane). Vala bese uveza imizuzu 10-12, uvuselela ngezikhathi ezithile.
- Engeza i-pepper bell ne-snow, ubangenisa. Bamba imizuzu eminye engu-3-4, noma kuze kube yimifino yanciphisa kodwa isalondoloza umbala wayo, futhi ingulube iphekwe.
- Engeza umntwana we-bok choy ne-cornstarch-water ingxube. Faka kahle. I-sauce izodla ngemizuzu engu-1-2, okuyiyona nje isikhathi esifanele ukupheka i-bok choy (ufuna ukuthi ihlale ihlanya).
- Nciphisa ukushisa kuya phansi futhi unambitha-ukuhlolwa, wengeze inhlanzi enkulu ye-fish ukuze uthole usawoti / ukunambitheka okuningi, noma ushukela owengeziwe uma ukhetha kube mnandi. Phezulu ne-coriander entsha bese ukhonza ngelayisi e-plain, Sticky Rice , noma iRoconut Rice .
