- Gweba i-tamarind ku-1/2 indebe yamanzi ashisayo imizuzu engu-10. Manje faka i-tamarind ngeminwe yakho ukuyixuba emanzini. Gxila ngesihlungo ukuze ususe wonke u-pulp. Gcina i-pulp eceleni.
- Faka u-anyanisi, utamatisi, ukhukhunathi, i-ginger, i-garlic, izimpukane ezibomvu ezomile, zonke izinongo kanye ne-tamar + ind pureƩ ku-processor yakho yokudla bese ugaye kahle ukuze wenze i-paste ebusayo (masala).
- Sishisa ipani elijulile emlilweni ophakathi, bese ufaka amafutha.
- Engeza ama-chilies aluhlaza bese u-masala unamathela nje emhlabathini emafutheni futhi gazinga imizuzu emihlanu.
- Manje engeza izinkomishi ezimbili zamanzi (engeza amanzi amaningi uma ungathanda i-gravy ngaphezulu) futhi ulethe i-gravy kumathumba. Nciphisa ilangabi ukumisa bese upheka imizuzu engu-10. Engeza usawoti ukunambitha.
