Indlela Yokwenza
- Beka utamatisi , anyanisi, pepper oluhlaza, i-parsley, kanye ne-4 yama-clove e- garlic embizeni ye-blender bese ufaka imizuzwana embalwa ukuze wenze i-puree eqoshiwe. Beka eceleni.
- Ncoma amafutha omnqumo epanini elinyayo lokucwilisa noma epanini le-saute, engeza ama-clove e-garlic, e-sliver, futhi gazinga kuze kube mnyama kakhulu. Susa ugarlikhi bese ulahla.
- Beka ama-clove asele asele, eshibilikile epanini ne- squid , ufafaze usawoti, uphuthukise ngokushesha, ukuwuphonsa njalo ngezikhathi ezithile (umxhwele ngempela), imizuzu emibili kuya kwemi-3.
