- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Okuzikhethela: 1/2 tsp elibomvu i-chili powder
- Dash usawoti (noma ukunambitha)
- Izinhlamvu ezingu-8 fresh, sandwich soft okukhethwa kukho
Indlela Yokwenza
- Sishisa epanini elivuthayo bese ufaka ibhotela kuwo. Vumela ukuncibilika bese ufaka imbewu ye-cumin. Uma beka ukuxuba, engeza ama-chilies aluhlaza kanye anyanisi. Fry kuze anyanisi ithambile.
- Engeza utamatisi, i-powder turmeric , i-red chili powder nosawoti ukunambitha. Faka kahle. Pheka imizuzu emibili uvuselela njalo.
- Engeza i-paneer (bheka iresiphi lapha) futhi uhlanganise kahle. Hlanganiza gazinga for 3-4 imizuzu bese uvala umlilo. Vumela ukupholisa kancane.
- Beka izingcezu zesinkwa ebhodini lokusika elihlanzekile nebhotela. Manje faka inani elihle lomxube we-paneer olungiselelwe ku-4 wezincezu. Spread ukumboza sonke isigaba. Phezulu ngesinye isicebo esinezinhlanzi.
- Grill noma ubhontshisi sandwich kuze crispy negolide. Lokhu kuhle kakhulu uma kwenziwa ku-toaster ye-sandwich evala imiphetho, ivimbela ukuba i-paneer ingangeni emuva kwesikhathi.
