- 1/2 kg imifino ehlanganisiwe - ukholifulawa, izaqathe, i-peas, ubhontshisi waseFrance, amazambane - uthathe izicucu ezincane

- 1/2 kg ama-shrimp / ama-prawns (asuswa, amakhanda nemisila isusiwe)
- 125 ml ubisi obukhulu obukhukhunathi
- 2 tsp ijusi kalamula
- 2-3 tbsps i-coriander entsha eqoshiwe
Indlela Yokwenza
- Setha i-pan ejulile noma i-wok ngokushisa okuphezulu. Engeza ama-tbsps ama-3 amafutha okupheka kuwo kanye nokushisa.
- Uma amafutha ashisa kakhulu, engeza imifino exubekile bese uqhubezela udoti kuze kube yilapho uboniswa kalula.
- Susa nge-spoon esetshenziselwe futhi ugcine eceleni kwamathawula wephepha ukuze usebenzise kamuva.
- Ephakeni elifanayo, engeza okusele kwamafutha okupheka nokushisa. Manje engeza i-Paanch Phonran, amaqabunga e-curry bese uvumela ukuba gazinga kuze kube khona ukuqhuma.
- Manje engeza u-anyanisi kanye gazinga kuze kube yilapho usuhlaza. Engeza utamatisi nogalikhi kanye nama-pastes we-ginger. Fry lokhu masala imizuzu engu-1, uvuselela njalo.
- Engeza zonke izinongo eziyimpuphu bese uxuba kahle. Fry kuze kube yilapho amafutha eqala ukuhlukaniswa nama-masala. Manje engeza ama-prawn bese uvuselela kahle. Pheka imizuzu engu-2-3 - Ungadluli noma ama-prawn azothola inhlanzi.
- Engeza imifino exubekile, ubisi lwekakhukhunathi, ujusi kalamula kanye nosawoti ukunambitha. Faka kahle bese upheka imizuzu engu-2-3.
- Gcoba nge-coriander entsha eqoshiwe. Vala ukushisa bese ukhonza i-Curry nama-Mixed Vegetable Curry embhede welayisi obilisiwe ophekiwe.
