- I-Marinade:
- Amakhilogremu angu-3 amaphuzu wezinkukhu (ingxenye engenhla enhle yephiko lezinkukhu - libukeka njengenduku encane!)
- 2 wezipuni juice juice (kusuka 1 lemon)
- 3 kuya ku-4 ama-chilies aluhlaza okwesibhakabhaka (ahlwitha ama-coarsely emanzini nase-pestle)
- 1 inkomishi yogurt
- Amaqabunga ayisithupha kuya kwangu-8 (aqoshwe ngokucophelela)
- 2 amathisipuni coriander powder
- 2 wezipuni garlic unamathisele
- 2 wezipuni ginger unamathele

Indlela Yokwenza
- Thatha i-pan ejulile bese ushisa inqwaba yokuqala yezinhlayiya ezingu-3 kuya kwezingu-4 zamagilebhisi okupheka emifino / i-canola / i-sunflower kuwo ngokushisa okuphakathi.
- Engeza u-anyanisi omunwe kule pani futhi gazinga, uvuselela njalo, kuze kube yilapho bevula uphawu olubomvu lwegolide. Lokhu kungathatha imizuzu engu-15 ngakho-ke yiba nesineke.
- Ngesikhathi ama-anyanisi eheha, gcoba inkukhu. Ukuze wenze lokhu, faka inkukhu endaweni ejulile yokuxuba. Thela ijusi lemon phezu kwalo bese ungeze wonke amanye ama-marinade kuma-gradients.

- Manje faka irayisi nazo zonke ezinye izithako ezibalwe ukupheka, embizeni ejulile. Engeza izinkomishi ezingu-8 kuya ku-10 zamanzi ashisayo kulayisi. Hlela phezulu ukushisa okuphakathi ukupheka.
