Faka irayisi kwi-Nori Seaweed eyomile
© Judy Ung - Okokuqala, qinisekisa ukuthi indawo yakho yokusebenzela ihlolwe ukwenza i- onigirazu ngokubeka uhlaka olukhulu lwepulasitiki phezu kwebhodi lokusika elomile noma enye indawo eluhlaza.
- Beka ishidi elikhulu (cishe ngamasentimitha angu-7 ngamasentimitha angu-8) omisiwe olwandle olomile (nori) obala emgqonyeni wepulasitiki.
- Spread cishe 1/2 inkomishi irayisi eyisikebhe phakathi nendawo eyomile yolwandle ngesimo sedayimani, nephoyinti yedayimane phezulu kweshidi lamanqamu olwandle. Qinisekisa ukuthi i-rice paddle iyanamanzi ngamanzi ukusiza ukuvimbela irayisi ekunameni.
- Okuzikhethela: Fiphaza imbewu eyomile ye-sesame eyomile phezu kwelayisi elithambile ukuze uthole ukunambitheka okwengeziwe.

Engeza Ukugcwaliswa Nekhava ngeRayisi Engeziwe

- Okulandelayo, wabeka irayisi elengeziwe eliphekwe, cishe i-1/2 indebe, ngaphezulu kokugcwaliswa. Gcina ukuma kwedayimane yocansi elingezansi lelayisi.

I-Onigirazu iyinhlobonhlobo ye-Japanese rice ball noma i- onigiri . I-Onigiri ijwayele ukufana nebhola noma unxantathu, kuyilapho i-onigirazu ihlotshaniswa ngesigcawu noma isakhiwo somgqa. Kuyisisekelo se-sandbich ye-rice ball.
I-Onigirazu akumele ikwazi ukubizwa nge-sushi sandwich ngephutha. Isangweji le-sushi lingasebenzisa irayisi, ilayisi elungisiwe. I-Onigirazu isebenzisa irayisi elimhlophe, elimhlophe. Igama elithi "sushi," emibuthanweni yokudla, libhekisela kuhlobo lomlayisi osetshenzisiwe.
